Q1. Is there any after-sales service?
We provide free cleaning services for all products (excluding gold plating, modifications, diamond setting, and other special treatments; additional charges apply for the aforementioned services). Please visit VELEGANT studio for assistance.
If any damage occurs to the product under normal wear within one year, you can return it for repair with the product certificate. The extent of damage will be assessed to determine if it is due to the product itself or caused by human factors, and additional charges may apply for damage caused by human factors.
*Please confirm the condition of the product for repair; we do not accept repair requests via mail.
VELEGANT ensures strict quality control throughout the production process and will confirm the product before shipping.
Q2. Is there a return or exchange service?
Returns or exchanges are allowed within seven days after the sale or the day you receive the product, as long as the product is undamaged and shows no signs of wear, and all packaging and accessories are complete.
Complete Contents – Including shipping invoice, receipt, paper bag, paper box, product certificate, envelope, thank-you card, and gifts, all as new items. If the seal is broken or any contents are missing, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be processed.
Q3. Can I cancel an order?
Our products are made-to-order, so orders cannot be canceled. Please confirm your order before placing it.
Q4. If I want to give the jewelry as a gift, do you provide gift wrapping service?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping service with suitable boxes and ribbons for a perfect presentation.
